SUBSTANCE: invention concerns system of numeral broadcasting transmission/reception, and is more concrete, to system of the numeral broadcasting transmission/reception generating stuff byte in transport stream MPEG-2 TS, and also to realisation of activities and transmission of a profile board of known data with the help of the stuff byte. The digital broadcasting sending device, includes: randomiser for reception and randomising the data flow into which are interposed stuff bytes in a certain situation; the supplier of sequences for generating of the known data having concrete sequence to replace interface bytes; the replacement block of interface bytes for parenthesising of known data in location of the randomised data flow where are interposed stuff bytes; the coder for coding of the data flow output from the block of replacement of stuff bytes for rectifying of errors; and the transmitting subsystem for modulation, radio-frequency transformation and transmission of the coded data flow.

EFFECT: improvement of the performance of reception and the performance of correction of system of reception.
