FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, immediately dealing with in-line milking unit flushing techniques. Proposed in-line milking unit flushing technique consists in periodic alternating inlet of flushing liquid and air, the milking units being equipped with cluster meters with inlet and measurement chambers. The innovation consists in the ratio of flushing liquid and air inlet durations during the flushing phase being adjusted as follows: at the phase initial stage it is only the suction valve that is opened; during circulation the suction and the air valves are opened alternately; at the phase final stage both the air and the suction valves are shut off.

EFFECT: invention enables flushing the whole of the inlet chamber surface and complete drain of the flushing liquid residues from the chambers at the flushing phase final stage.
