FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to ophthalmology and is intended for forecasting of a course of a subretinal neovascular membrane (SNM). Level of the transforming factor of growth in blood serum of the patient is defined - β2 (TGF-β2). Then ultrasonic inspection of an eye in a grey scale two-dimensional regimen is spent with calculation of ultrasonic factor of density (K2D) under the formula K2D = (A1+A2)/A3, where A1 - ultrasonic density of the pathological centre in a point 1, A2 - ultrasonic density of the pathological centre in a point 2, A3 - ultrasonic density of a sclera. Ultrasonic inspection of an eye in a three-dimensional regimen with colour and power Doppler maping is performed. Value of an index of acoustic density (MG), index vascularisations (VI), a blood flow index (FI) are defined. At level TGF-β2 above or equal 1218, value K2D above or equal 1.0 MG above or peer 30 standard units, VI above or peer 2% and FI above or peer 22 standard units formation rasping chorioretinal cicatrix is prognosticated, and at level TgF-βv2 lower 1218, value K2D low 1.0 MG below 30 standard units, VI below 2 % and FI below 22 standard units formation of flat subretinal cicatrix is prognosticated.
EFFECT: method allows differentiating definitions of a current of disease with an estimation of possibility of development of degree of a fibrosis in area of a chorioretinal complex, for a choice of adequate tactics of treatment with safety rising neurepithelium, the prevention of SNM recuring and rising of visual functions.
