FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, is more exact to oncology and can be used at operative measures on a larynx and a thyroid gland. The essence of the method is the following: the right and left shares of a thyroid gland are deleted with an isthmus the uniform block, median thyreofissure, resection of the right plate of a thyroid cartilage are carried out with conservation of one third of its back part, a mucosa of a larynx and a part of pencil-point ligament. Thus formed defect of a larynx from within is closed the mobilised mucous vestibular cord, and a remote part of a thyroid cartilage of a larynx replace polypropilen grid which strengthen noose sutures on an average line - to external over cartilage the left plate of a thyroid cartilage; in the bottom third - to pencil-point ligament; behind - to over cartilage the kept back departments of the right plate of a thyroid cartilage. Fixed polypropilen grid is covered, a bandage is applied.
EFFECT: invention allows to spend single-step excision of tumoral formation with restoration of integrity of a larynx; to avoid formation of cicatrical stenoses; to provide realisation of all complex of medical influences at the combined treatment; to restore natural functions of a larynx; to improve quality of the life of patients.
