SUBSTANCE: device contains the cylindrical coil-inductor executed with possibility of placing the person in it of and connected to a source of a variable electric signal. The coil-inductor is established upright and supplied by the lifting-lowering mechanism. In an axial aperture of the coil concentric, on all height and in rotation legs, the hollow isolation bush bound to the mechanism of backward and rotary movement, executed in the form of two ferromagnetic plates established, accordingly, on the top flange of the bush and at an end face of the coil-inductor, bound among them is established by an elastic element. On all internal surface of the bush on a normal to it, thin elastic hinges from the magnetically soft rubber having the pointed free extremities are fixed in cantilever fashion.
