FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment and can be used for an integrated physiotherapeutic treatment of a human body. A massager comprises a clamped case with its upper longitudinal piece being a handle and lower ends of its vertical pieces comprising massaging elements mounted on guides to form longitudinal and transverse lines and making relative displacements. The handle represents an axially magnetised constant bar magnet. The vertical pieces of the clamp are elastic ferromagnetic plates with increasing distance in-between as moving away from the handle. There is a rigid plate elastically mounted with its end faces in a thrust between the ferromagnetic plates on a lower plane of the handle. The guides represent coiled strings. Their ends are attached to hexagonal steel nuts, screwed in the opposite directions with the preset standoff and established in through apertures formed in the elastic ferromagnetic plates, herewith delivering the nuts outside of the plates for standoff and twirling of the strings followed by fixation of the nuts in hexagonal sockets. The massaging elements are round nuts made of electric steel with penetrating cross knurling on the cylindrical side surfaces put on the strings with their axial apertures and rigidly fixed on the latter.
EFFECT: enhancement and improved massaging effect.
