FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: wheel incorporates web and rim integrated into base, air tire with secret nipple fitted on the said rim and protector tread attached to the said rim. The aforesaid rim represents two tubular-section rings interjointed by spokes. The said air tire is fitted to the rim to be fixed thereon at high pressure and when completely inflated and to shift at reduced pressure which is conditioned by difference in materials of the rim, protector tread, gaps between the air tire and protector tread at the wheel lower part at reduced pressure and when air tire is incompletely inflated.
EFFECT: wheel higher reliability.
