FIELD: transport, hygienics.

SUBSTANCE: system to drain vehicle W.C. waste vacuum accumulating tank comprises pumping off pipe (1) with its part taken out of accumulating tank (2) and furnished with enclosure (3) fixed thereon. There is a gap between aforesaid pipe (1) and enclosure (3). The aforesaid pipe taken out end has union intended for connection with pumping-off unit hose and locking assembly (5) closing the said union and the gap between pipe and its enclosure (3). Aforesaid locking assembly (5) consists of two spring-loaded barrels inserted, with a gap, one into another. The outer barrel bottom has orifice with edges bent inside to form cylindrical flange. The inner barrel bottom has cylindrical-wall recess enveloping aforesaid cylindrical flange to slide thereon and the holes stopped by the control valve designed to feed atmospheric air into pumping-off pipe (1) and accumulating tank (2). Pumping off is realised via the said union. Note here that atmospheric air fills, via the gap between pumping-off pipe (1) and enclosure (3), emptied accumulating tank.
