Located in cylinder is piston which is connected with locking member and spring loaded. Cylinder is divided by piston into lower and upper chambers. Upper chamber is connected with control mechanism. Located on upper surface of piston is circular seal which is in contact with cylinder inner wall. Made in piston is hole which connects upper and lower chambers. Control mechanism is in the form of unit which connects part of upper chamber filled with compressed air and atmosphere. EFFECT: high efficiency. 6 dwg
