SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, specifically, to electrode marking thermo paints. There is disclosed electrode marking thermo paint, containing ferrioxide red pigment 91.0-93.0 wt %, zinc oxide 6.8-8.8 wt %, hydrochloric acid 0.05-0.10 wt %, ethyl alcohol 0.04-0.10 wt % and triethylene glycol 0.01-0.03 wt %.
EFFECT: paint is characterised with high adhesion to welding electrodes, stability at temperature 400°C and atmospheric conditions resistance.
