FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises squeeze rolls, mechanism coupling motor with squeeze rolls, friction clip clutch fitted on fabric guide roller shaft driving half-coupling of which forms, together with the aforesaid shaft, translating kinematic pair. There is mechanism coupling the drive squeeze roll and driving half-coupling, elastic body and nut linked up with this body to transmit and control axial load on the driven half-coupling. It comprises two sleeves making translation kinematic pair. One of these sleeves is arranged to form, together with roll shaft cylindrical kinematic pair and flat kinematic pair together with the stop fixed on the roll shaft. The latter kinematic pair is linked up with the stable kinematic chain that prevents rotation of the said sleeve relative to the roll shaft.

EFFECT: improved fabric quality, higher efficiency and lower finished product costs.
