FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro-mechanised devices extracting concretions from sea bottom. Proposed device comprises base ship, pulp pump with intake and discharge branch pipes, pressure pipeline flanged to outlet branch pipe and pressure pipeline. Note here that perforated branch pipe hole sizes are taken to equal the minimum size of extracted concretions. The pressure pipeline is set vertically. The pipeline above-water part is pivoted to swing crane luffing jib to up and down the pressure pipeline and to move it in horizontal plane. The pipeline top part is connected to the concretions receiving appliance via flexible hosepipe. Cantilevered rotary frame is mounted on the pipeline lower part to rotate about it in horizontal plane. The frame is articulated to its drive of rotation. The frame lower part accommodates cylindrical section chute housing horizontally-arranged rotary-drive screw running in bearings to pick up concretions from sea bottom and move them the vertical pulp pump intake branch pipe. The said chute envelopes, with a gap, the said screw from above, on one side, on over 180 degrees arc and, on the other side, on over 90 degrees arc. Note here that the larger arc is located on the side opposite to the frame rotation direction. The beams with acute-angle rods intended for penetration into mud line are fastened in cantilever on the pipeline, a bit above the said rotary frame, symmetrically relative to the pipeline lengthwise axis and inclined towards bottom. Aforesaid receiving appliance represents inclined grid iron allowing the transfer of dewatered concretions into containers. There is sink under the said grid iron.
EFFECT: simple design, lower costs.
