FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: proposed technique consists in the following: based on the measured values of air parameters as well as those of ambient, supply and discharge air flow the optimisation and command generation unit calculates values of indoor heat and moisture release, zone number and control point air parameters, specifies the applicable air conditioning technology, actuates the air conditioning operation mode enabling optimum air treatment and regulates indoor air parameters based on their deviation from the control point values, the control point being automatically selected by the control system. The control point position varies owing to inter-zone transition of ambient air parameters as a result of seasonal and daily fluctuations or instability of indoor heat and moisture release causing shift of the control points positions in the I-d-diagram followed by that of the whole zone boundaries.
EFFECT: reduced expenditure of varied kinds energy and process resources due to selection of the currently optimum air conditioner operation mode; enhanced accuracy of indoor air parameters maintenance due to a programmed control technique deployment.
