FIELD: air-conditioning systems; automatic control of heat and moisture content of plenum air in rooms to be air-conditioned. SUBSTANCE: method consists in simultaneously cooling the outside and inside air to temperature of plenum air. Cooling is accompanied by dehumidification to moisture content of d_out and d_in. Then cooled and dehumidified flows of outside and inside air mixed. Magnitudes d_out and d_in are set such level that preset moisture content d_pl of plenum air delivered to room should be obtained after mixing these flows in preset quantitative relationship.
