SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of heating engineering and is designed to provide for prevention of saline deposit (scale) formation on the functional heat transfer surfaces of heat exchange equipment. The proposed scaling protection device is compatible with low and medium pressure steam/water boilers, heat exchangers, water heaters, fodder steamers and other similar machinery. It is composed of an ultrasonic pulse generator and a waveguide vibratory system with excitation winding that is serially connected to a ferromagnetic core solenoid. The solenoid winding and the excitation winding of the waveguide vibratory system are serially interconnected and connected to the magnetic pulse installation output.

EFFECT: extension of performance characteristics due to the excite oscillations amplitude magnification.
