FIELD: electrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns electrical equipment. Method is based on current unbalance factor reduction in three-phase feed line and transformer windings. Current leveling in step-down transformer phases is performed by single-phase load switching from one phase to another in 0.4 kV buses of step-down transformer by switches connecting load to buses and controlled by microcontroller. Load switching is performed on the basis of current unbalance factor minimisation in 0.4 kV buses of step-down transformer.
EFFECT: reduced electrical power loss in step-down transformer and in three-phase power transmission line feeding step-down transformation substation.
