FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method is used in a power supply system 6(10)-0.4 kV, comprising a step-down transformer 6(10)/0.4 kV, three-phase overhead lines with a zero wire 0.4 kV, a microcontroller, current sensors, installed at low voltage buses and on wires that connect loads to an overhead line. Connection and disconnection of single-phase loads is done with the microcontroller. Switching elements are modules of IGBT-transistors. The moment of time to supply a control pulse from a microcontroller is determined on the basis of the condition of zero current at outgoing cables of loads as transistors are opened and at buses of the step-down transformer as transistors are closed.
EFFECT: increased reliability of power supply system functioning.
