SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to communications technology. The result can be achieved, first of all, through minimisation of the maximum load on the sector in each subset of the set of all sectors of the wireless network when choosing a new set of service sectors, and secondly due to user station handover only in the sector in which requirements for quality of service for all service streams of these user stations are met.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of a wireless network during user station handover between sectors of a wireless network, keeping requirements on quality of service for all service streams of all user stations of the wireless network.
