SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing fish-and-vegetable canned food. The canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching potatoes, blanching and cutting carrots, blanching and grating horseradish, freezing fresh green peas, cutting pickles, and mixing the listed ingredients without oxygen access with mayonnaise, sugar and salt to obtain the garnish, cutting catfish fillet, packing catfish, garnish and sour cream at given ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
