FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine cooled vane comprises a cast part and lengthwise sleeve produced by moulding metal sheet. The said cast part comprises a lengthwise-cavity lengthwise body with the first and second holes on its ends. Aforesaid sleeve can be arranged in the said cavity and soldered to the first hole wall. The sleeve end section can slide inside the second hole to make a guide. Aforesaid end section and guide slide in contact between them over machined surfaces. The proposed method of producing the vane consists in moulding the vane body with the first hole on one end and the second hole on the opposite end. The said second hole comprises a wall with increased-thickness for re-machining. Then, the sleeve with end section is molded and the vane body increased-thickness second hole is subjected to machining so that to permit the end section to slide in the guide, with the preset gap, allowing for machining tolerance. The sleeve is fitted into the vane body and soldered to the first hole wall.
EFFECT: reduced cooling air leakage from between sleeve and hole that forms guide.
