SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine cooled vane comprises a cast part and lengthwise sleeve designed direct cooling air flow and produced by moulding metal sheet. The said cast part comprises a lengthwise body with a lengthwise cavity with the first hole on its ends to force air therein and the second hole to force air out. Aforesaid sleeve is arranged in the said cavity and attached to the first hole wall. Note that the sleeve end section can slide inside the second hole to make a guide. The said end section fitted in the guide features air flow passage narrowing. Note also that aforesaid end section houses the guide.
