FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bearings allowing adjusting the gap between segments that make friction bearing bush, and can be primarily incorporated with various wing pumps at nuclear power stations. Proposed bearing incorporates stator bush to be fitted in the housing and having antifriction elements locked, on both end face sides, with the help of clamping rings (8) with tapered parts (11, 12). Note that clamping rings (8) locking segments (6) arranged in the housing allow an elastic strain along the bearing axis. At least, one of the gap between segments (6) of cylindrical lengthwise-separated bush accommodates flexible compensator spring (9) arranged to provide for working surface continuity on the remaining part of the bush circumference. This invention aims, first, at preventing irregular centering effect of clamping rings on antifriction elements over the circumference. Second, it reduces discreteness/increases continuity of the stator bush working surface and its area, particularly, in the case a horizontal shaft. Finally, it allows increasing the area of the stator bush continuous working surface in the bearing loaded area to the maximum tolerable value.
EFFECT: reduced pump vibration, increased load-bearing capacity of siliconised-graphite surface plain bearing.
