FIELD: mechanics, heating.
SUBSTANCE: proposed radiator consists of interconnected sections with vertical heat exchange ribbed column furnished with compensation assemblies and horizontal heads. The said interconnected sections are furnished with a filling carcass made from the material that features increased mechanical and/or antirust properties and represents tightly jointed vertical pipes and horizontal component to form heat carrier channels. Aforesaid sections comprise compensation assemblies arranged in zones of the head transition to the section column vertical part. Aforesaid compensation assemblies comprise the joints between the carcass vertical pipe and horizontal component, the gap between them being tightly filled with aluminium alloy. They include also a lined molded heat-dissipating part extra-heavy at the bonding between the vertical pipe mating parts and the carcass horizontal component. The column lateral ribs do not extend to the compensation assemblies to form opening for convective heat flows.
EFFECT: simpler design, efficient heat transfer, higher reliability, intensified convective heat flow.
