FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heating equipment and can be used in sectional bimetallic radiators. Radiator contains the upper and lower manifolds, which are communicated to each other by the tubular towers, on each tower the front and rear profiles are fixed, which form the radiator box section, on the upper manifold the upper profile is fixed, profiles are made with located inside the profiles heat transfer and stiffening ribs. Each profile is made with the longitudinal lodgment, on the each profile lodgment surface and the upper profile lodgment surface longitudinally located grooves are made. Rear profile and the front profile are interconnected by hooks located at these profiles ends, at that between the radiator adjacent box sections, convection channels are formed. On the each profile lodgment surface and the each tube surface, in the lodgment grooves the cured composite material layer is arranged. Invention also relates to the radiator manufacturing method.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is the radiator design simplification and reduction in its manufacturing labor input.
