FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the technology of tobacco refuse processing. The method includes black-currant extraction by nonpolar liquefied gas to obtain the specified extract, mixing of the tobacco materials with liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and blending together with periodical depressurising in the extraction mixture with pressure lower than of the moist steam of carbon dioxide at the extraction temperature. Then miscella and oil meal are separated, the oil meal is slurred in the aqueous solution of edible acid, the edible alcohol is introduced in the liquor. The liquor is formed, dried till residual humidity of 13-15%, cut and steeped in gas-liquid black-currant extract and separated CO₂ miscella with simultaneous pressure increase, depressurising to atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of soaked carbon dioxide and its distillation is carried out to obtain in the residue the target product.

EFFECT: improvement of reconstituted tobacco organoleptical properties, decrease of the duration of technological process.
