FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be used in orthopedic practice. Not removing tooth prostheses, controllable parameter is measured in didymous points of symmetry on surface of red border of lips of the patient; to do that the lips are visually divided by vertical line on two symmetric parts, using index of bioelectromagnetic reactance (BEMRI) as controllable parameter which is preliminary measured in controllable points, and measured values are fixed. Then the patient is offered to moisten the sample of investigated stomatologic material with saliva; then it is placed between lips of the patient symmetrically concerning vertical line of symmetry; the BEMRI index is measured again in the same controllable points on a surface of the red border of the lips and the measured value is fixed. K - factor of functional vertical asymmetry is calculated, thus investigated sample is inserted between the teeth of the patient so that its forward part is placed down between the lips and densely adjoined to the mucosa of internal surface of the lips, and the back part is densely adjoined to the mucosa of palatal surface of tongue; after that measurement of BEMRI indexes is carried out repeatedly in investigated points on surface of the red border of lips, the received results of measurement are fixed, then the results of initial measurements of indexes are compared by difference calculation in each controllable BEMRI point to the results of measurements received with the investigated sample. Then the received value of differences are compared in symmetric points according to vertical symmetry, then K - factor of functional vertical asymmetry is calculated under the formula: K={|[(B2-T2)-(B1-T1)]|:6}×100%, where B1, T1 - value of BEMRI indexes measured in the investigated pair of symmetric points on surface of the red border of lips without the investigated sample; B2, T2 - value of BEMRI indexes measured in the same investigated pair of symmetric points on surface of the red border of lips with the investigated sample; 6 - constant accepted for convenience of representation of the end result. However, diagnostics is carried out on three received values of functional vertical asymmetry, thus if at least one K value is equal or exceeds 10%, positive reaction of mucosa of oral cavity to investigated stomatologic material is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method provides simplification of the method without decrease of reliability of results of diagnostics, expansion of arsenal of agents for diagnostics of reaction of mucosa of oral cavity on stomatologic material.
