FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: equipment contains a source of X-ray radiation consistently located on one optical axis, a fissured collimator and a linear receiver of the X-ray radiation, fixed on the carrying arm bridged to mechanical scanner, being with the outer side of a cabin of the patient having the basis with platform for feet of the patient. The X-ray radiation source is connected to the programmed block of management supplied with a computer, a control panel and a video monitor. The linear receiver of X-ray radiation is bridged to digital electron system of transformation, registration and image formation. The equipment is completed by the ring-shaped carriage, with a mechanical scanner on one of its sides, and on opposite - counterbalance is fixed. The carriage is established from the outer side of the basis of a cabin of the patient and supplied by a drive providing its uniform rotation in limits from 0° to 360° round vertical axis, the cabin of the patient passing through the centre and removed from X-ray emitter focus on size s=f-d/2, where f - focal length, d - distance from cleft of the collimator to the linear detector along the central x-ray beam. The external surface of the carriage has the form of the truncated cone, with an inclination of 15°<α<20° to the carriage basis, and is covered by material having high factor of friction.
EFFECT: application of the given invention allows to dilate operational possibilities of radiographic equipment at the expense of improvement of system of scanning, and also to raise accuracy of radiodiagnosis and to lower inspection cost price.
