SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, orthopedic stomatology and can be used at prosthetics of patients at a single tooth standing on a jaw, in particular a canine, a premolar tooth, a molar tooth, a central incisor. The way includes manufacturing of an artificial crown on a tooth, putting off of a cast from the jaw, manufacturing of a basis with the bite platen, definition of the central occlusion, manufacturing of a metal clasp for the tooth, placing of an artificial teeth, try-in of a wax design of a prosthesis in oral cavities of the patient, replacement of wax basis by plastic, a grinding and polishing of a demountable prosthesis, applying of a ready demountable prosthesis on a jaw. An artificial crown with two patrixes on its proximal surfaces is made on a single standing tooth of the patient. In plastic basis of a partial demountable prosthesis the individually made metal skeleton consisting from metal reinforcing fabric and a metal element with matrixes for placing of patrixes in them of an artificial crown is welded in.

EFFECT: maintenance of good bracing of the partial demountable prosthesis on the jaw at the expense of improvement of mechanical bracing of prosthesis on single standing tooth and appreciable depression of risk of breakage of basis of demountable prosthesis and improvement of its aesthetics.
