SUBSTANCE: invention refers to clasping systems for a partial removable prosthesis with a single tooth, and can be used in orthopedic dentistry. Clamping system for a partial removable prosthesis with a single tooth consists of a basis, an artificial supporting tooth crown and a clamp. At one end of the clasp there is a mechanical device consisting of an internal patrix and an external matrix, made in the form of a hinge device with a bushing. External matrix is fixed in the basis of the prosthesis with the possibility of removal together with the prosthesis, and the inner patter is spherical and is connected by the arm of the clasp. At the second end of the clasp there is a seat with a boss of the clamp in the socket, which is installed on an artificial supporting crown of the tooth on the aproximal surface and is connected to it rigidly in a seat, which is made in the form of a hollow square together with an artificial supporting crown of the tooth. Seat of the clasp in the socket is made on an artificial support crown of the tooth with a lingual or palatal surface, and the shoulder of the clasp is made in the form of a spring device.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to implement stable fixation of the clamping system, with the possibility of removal, to increase chewing efficiency, aesthetics and exclude the negative effect on tooth periodontium.
