FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular to vascular surgery. The device for implantation in blood vessels is executed in the form of a body of rotation of cellular structure with a filtering element and an agent for extraction. The device contains the additional filtering element executed from a blood-permeable material and densely bridged to an internal surface of the filtering element. In the second version of the performance the additional filtering element is densely bridged to the filtering element on a circle of its basis.
EFFECT: invention allows counteracting reliably to penetration of thrombembols in distally located vessels at the expense of increased filtering ability.
