FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented using a device for measuement of pressure and introduction of medicinal substances into the blood vessel aneurysm in several steps. The vessel is punctured with installation of an introducer therein. A conductor is injected into the right or left iliac artery, or the right or left renal artery, or in the thoracic aorta or branch of the arch of the thoracic aorta. The second conductor is injected respectively into another left or right iliac artery, or another left or right renal artery, or the branch of the arch of the thoracic aorta or thoracic aorta. The proximal ends of the conductors are inserted into the end opening of the device tube distal end. The proximal ends of the conductors are withdrawn through the distal lateral opening of the device tube. To the proximal end of the device a detachable hollow tube is attached, or a device with an attached detachable tube is initially used. The device is moved in the distal direction until the distal end of the device stops at the conductors branching point. The device is moved in the distal direction until the proximal end of the device reaches the aneurysm cavity. The stent graft is implanted so that the said device is located between the aneurysm wall and the stent graft wall. Pressure in the aneurysm is controlled and, if necessary, a drug substance is administered. Conductors, detachable tube, device and introducer, or only conductors, detachable tube and introducer are removed. Another version of the method for blood vessel aneurysm treatment is implemented using a device for blood pressure measurement and medicinal substances administration to the blood vessel aneurysm in several steps. The vessel is punctured with installation of an introducer therein. A conductor is injected into the right or left iliac artery, or the right or left renal artery, or in the thoracic aorta or branch of the arch of the thoracic aorta. The second conductor is injected respectively into another right or left iliac artery, or another right or left renal artery, or the branch of the arch of the thoracic aorta or thoracic aorta. The proximal ends of the conductors are inserted into the end opening of the device tube distal end. The proximal ends of the conductors are withdrawn through the distal lateral opening of the device tube. The proximal ends of the conductors are inserted into the proximal proximal lateral opening of the tube. The proximal ends of the conductors are withdrawn from the proximal end of the device tube. To the proximal end of the device a detachable hollow tube is attached, or a device with an attached detachable tube is initially used. The device is moved in the distal direction until the distal end of the device stops at the conductors branching point. The device is moved in the distal direction until the proximal end of the device reaches the aneurysm cavity. Conductors are removed. The stent graft is implanted so that the said device is located between the aneurysm wall and the stent graft wall. Pressure in the aneurysm is controlled and, if necessary, a drug substance is administered. Detachable tube, device and introducer, or only detachable tube and introducer are removed.
EFFECT: simplified course of surgical intervention and improved immediate and long-term results of treatment due to accurate and safe positioning of the device for pressure measurement and medical substance delivery through provision of a well-controlled device insertion process.
