FIELD: transport, conveyor.

SUBSTANCE: device designed to clear subconveyor space of spillage comprises belt section (3) reeled on unloading roller (1). The ends of the conveyor belt lower and upper runs accommodate slides (4, 5) connected with haulage ropes closed and arranged, with several coils, on bypass block fitted on the carriage with tensioning device. Aforesaid bypass block is arranged on horizontal axle linked up with the drive. The unloading roller consists of a central cylindrical part and two parts representing truncated cones adjoining the said central part on its both sides. The larger diameters of the said cones are located on the roller edges. Every end of the said haulage rope envelopes the washer arranged on the slides and furnished with bearing rope-shaped surface. The rope end, at the point it runs down from the washer, is pressed against the leading edge of the same rope and against the said slides by means of clamping plate attached to the slides and furnished with a dovetail cut made on the rope side, the said dovetail cut widening towards the rope runs. The belt upper run slides feature top-flatted shape in cross section to allow the lower run slides to pass there under unobstructed. Note that lower run slides side edges feature, in plan, curvilinear shape with outwardfacing camber.

EFFECT: simpler design and higher reliability.
