FIELD: transportation; containers.
SUBSTANCE: device for mechanised cleaning of spillage from under-conveyer space comprises section of belt (3) reeved on unloading roller (1), axis of which is connected to drive. On ends of upper and lower branches of belt sleds (4, 5) are fixed, which are connected to pulling cables closed and placed on bypass block installed on carriage with tightening facility. Unloading roller (1) consists of central cylindrical part and parts in the shape of truncated cones that are adjacent to it on two sides, and larger diametres of cones are arranged along roller edges. Every free end of pulling cable envelopes washer installed horizontally on sleds, with support surface profiled under cable. Cable end in zone of its lapping from washer is pressed to tight strand of the same cable and to sleds by press plank fixed on sleds with cut from the side of cable in the form of dovetail that widens to the side of cable strands. Sleds of belt upper branch are arranged as "П"-shaped in cross section for free passage of lower branch sleds underneath, side edges of which in plan have curvilinear shape with convexity inverted outside.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased reliability.
