FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: catalyst for obtaining aldehydes C3-C21 by hydroformilation of respective olefins represents hydride-carbonyl complex of rhodium with polyphosphite ligand and triphenylphosphine ligands, which has formula HRh(CO)A(Ph3P)2, where A is polyphosphate ligand (I). Method of obtaining catalyst lies in the following: rhodium dicarbonylacetylacetonate is subjected to interaction with polyphosphite and triphenylphosphine in molar ratio 1:1:2, then synthesis-gas is supplied, mixed at temperature 30°-40°C and formed product is separated. In other version method of obtaining catalyst is the following: rhodium dicarbonylacetylacetonate is subjected to interaction with polyphosphite and triphenylphosphine in molar ratio 1:1:2 directly in hydroformilation medium without separation in individual state. Method of obtaining aldehydes C3-C21 by hydroformilation of respective olefins lies in use of said catalyst.

EFFECT: reduction of expensive components consumption and expenditure on processrealisation, improvement of synthesis of polyphosphate ligand, included into composition of clamed catalyst, reduction of expenditure on obtaining it.
