FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: charge contains iron-carbon wastes of electric furnace steelmaking, carburising material and bonding material. In the capacity of bonding material it is used refining slag, formed during the process of secondary refining on stove-busket plant, which includes following oxides, wt %: SiO2 14-34, Al2O3 1.5-14, CaO 37-64, MgO 3-14, TiO2 0.05-0.5, MnO 0.14-2.6, FeO - less than 0.5. In the capacity of iron-containing wastes there is used metallurgical scale, including rolling, melting dust of electric furnace steelmaking and metallurgical sludge.
EFFECT: high chemical stability and increased bulk weight while keeping of physicochemical properties.
