FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: packets of prestressed reinforced concrete plates are placed in prepared base, at that plates are provided with through channels oriented along the way, and steel ropes are passed through them. Elastic rubber elements are put on ropes between plates. Afterwards ropes are stretched by jacks so that distance between plate ends makes from 50 to 100 mm. Rope ends are fixed with anchors, which are inserted into fixing rectangular cavities in reinforced concrete plates every 10-100 m. Cavities with anchors after two rope ends have been fixed in joint are concreted.
EFFECT: reliability and uniform strength of way in its length, high bending strength of rails without increase of running meter mass with its possible reduction, acceleration of construction and reduction of permanent way repair duration, increased level of railway construction and repair mechanisation, improved safety of traffic and increased durability of railway bases.
