FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the upper structure of a railway track, in particular, to a ballast-free railway track for cargo and passenger high-speed traffic and to methods for constructing such track. The track comprises a base, a poured layer and reinforced sub-rail plates. Polymer shock absorbers are located between the base and the poured layer, as well as between the poured layer and the sub-rail plate. The dimensions of the shock absorbers are not less than the dimensions of the plate. Polymer partitions with a size from the upper surface of the shock absorber to the upper surface of the plate are located between adjacent plates. Holes with tubes are made in the plates in order to control and pour the poured layer. The lower end of the tubes is connected with jacks, and the upper end of the tubes is configured for reinforcing anchors to be installed. A polymer shock absorber is placed on the base and screw jacks are placed thereon during construction of the plates. The plate with the shock absorber is installed in the required position. A mixture is fed into the holes with tubes and the poured layer is formed. Anchors are installed in the holes with tubes.
EFFECT: influence of vibrational effects on the operational reliability is reduced.
