FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: inventions may be used in production of multi-layer panels used in aircrafts, construction and other industries. Panel contains skins and zigzag filler of corrugated shape installed in between with alternating protrusions and cavities. On tops of every protrusion and cavity of zig-zag corrugated filler there are flats arranged with length that makes 0.8-0.9 of rib length at joint of side faces of filler with provision of slot between side faces and links in lower part of rib. Method for manufacture of panel consists in separate manufacture of skins and filler with their further joining. Folded structure of filler that consists of zigzag corrugation is shaped, corrugation ribs along zigzag lines is arranged with the possibility of incline relative to plane of contact with skins. Filler unit is pressed from lateral sides to obtain maximum compressed condition of faces, produced inclined protrusions are removed by polishing to preset height with creation of slot between side faces and links in lower part of rib, which preserve filler integrity. Joining is done along ribs produced as a result of polishing.

EFFECT: increased strength of skins joining to filler.
