METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF MULTILAYER PANEL OF A CURVILINEAR FORM WITH A ZIGZAGGING CRIMPLED FILLER Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2262439 C1

FIELD: chemical industry; methods of shaping of substances being in a pliable state.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, to methods of shaping of substances being in a pliable state, in particular, to shaping and joining of plastic materials and may be used at production of multilayer panels of the curvilinear form with a zigzagging crimpled filler. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the operational characteristics of the multilayer panels of the curvilinear form, for example, aircrafts due to a capability of active and passive removal of a condensation moisture from their internal cavities. The method of production of multiplayer panels of the curvilinear form with a zigzagging crimpled filler with use of a flat zigzagging crimpled filler, for example, of a folded construction with placement of the crimps across the generatrix of the panel surface. One of the sheathings in a shaped or in a partially hardened state is placed in a lower die of a stamping unit with the given curvature, on which lay a semifinished flat filler oriented by the zigzagging crimps in the given direction. Then the filler with the sheathing is first shaped in the lower die up to the given curvature with the help of a catch with bulges located along the contour of dints of the crimpled filler distributing the crimps of the filler on the surface of the sheathing and connecting them among themselves. After that the second sheathing is put on the filler. A package of the sheathings and the filler is pressed by the puncheon of the stamping unit and in the latter conduct the final binding and hardening of the panel under action, for example, a thermal power. The crimpled filler is previously permeated with binding material and lay on the sheathing in the semidried condition. The sheathings and the filler of the panel are joined with the help of components of the binding of the sheathing prepregs and the or a adhesive film. The shaping of the crimpled filler conduct from a partially hardened prepreg.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the operational characteristics of the multilayer panels of the curvilinear form.
