SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is designed to drive working tools of actuators used in precision machine building, instrument making, robotics and can be used, in particular, for producing various-purpose servo drives. Thermo electrical motor comprises thermo electrical module with its working surfaces abutting upon tight vessels filled with working body. One the said vessels located on one side of the module represents a working vessel that features a reversible deformation. The other vessel located on the other side of the module represents a rigid configuration buffer vessel. The vessels inner spaces are filled with working body in the form of fluid and its vapours. The servo drive built around several aforesaid motors comprises a tight thermal-control vessel communicating with the buffer vessels of the motors. Thermal-control vessel of the servo drive mechanism is furnished with the vessel inner temperature controller.

EFFECT: higher output power and wider range of travel of motor mobile surface.
