FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing building materials. The device for cooling hot granular material has a cooling grill for carrying cooled material and transporting the penetrating cooling gas for the material to be cooled from the feeding end to the discharge end. The cooling grill consists of two longitudinal elements of the bottom, placed close to each other in the longitudinal direction of the cooling device. A cross-sectional view of the elements of the bottom reveals the cooled material carrier and a permeable from bottom to top for the cooling gas on the upper side and a closed lower side, preventing the falling of the cooled material through the grill. The lower side of the elements of the bottom has two inlet holes placed lengthwise for the cooling gas for flowing ventilation of the elements of the bottom and the cooling grill.
EFFECT: increase in productivity, service life and the efficiency of the device.
