FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used for information-measuring systems and local computer network power supply units. A.C. power supply unit contains isolating transformer where secondary windings are connected in star circuit. In addition, the unit includes motor-generator where generator is realised as synchronous electrical machine diagram, control unit connected to the backup power supply. Generator windings are connected in parallel to the secondary transformer windings which are provided with terminals from the middle point, interconnected and grounded. The end terminals of the secondary windings are insulated from the ground and from each other.
EFFECT: reduced level of interference and uninterrupted power supply.
