FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery and to be used for treatment of anterior rectocele. There are three retractors of a miniassistant kit to ne installed in rectum lumen: two of them being short are installed by the anterior wall to dentate line of rectum, while one long retractor is installed by the posterior wall. The anterior wall of rectum is transected by the upper edge of dentate line full-width of the wall and separated from vagina in a cranial direction to upper edge of rectocele. The long retractor is installed in formed rectovaginal space herewith retracting the separated site of the anterior wall of rectum to its posterior wall. The anterior pedicle of anus levators are separated and sutured together. The long retractor is installed back to rectum lumen. The separated wall of rectum is brought down to dentate line with the excess sire excised. The wound is closed.

EFFECT: eliminated diastasis and contamination of anus levators, removal of excess wall of rectum, reduced injuries.
