FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a bilateral countersink or counterbore, positioned with the help of the auto-operator, and arbour. To increase accuracy due to improving the centre adjustment of the countersink or counterbore it is fitted with sliding supports and dowels placed on the arbour, meant for fastening the countersink or counterbore with the help of the inbuilt hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: to provide accuracy of mutual positioning of axes of the openings and the face adjacent to the surface due to centre adjustment of the arbour on the surfaces of the work-piece through the hydrodynamic effect in the arbour pockets are made, connected with the openings in order to put oil into them.
