FIELD: foundry practice.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to area of ceramics manufacturing. Casting method under the pressure includes stages: forms closing, pipes flushing by ceramic slurry, form filling by ceramic slurry, the first forming of sanitaryware items thickness by means of pressure increasing with usage of supercharging device, the second forming of sanitaryware items thickness at constant pressure created by supercharging device, withdrawal of uncured surplus ceramic slurry from the form, consolidation of sanitaryware item by means of feeding of compressed air into the form, form decompression till pressure in form would become almost equal to atmospheric pressure, form opening, extraction from form of formed by this mean sanitaryware item. Facility for casting under the high pressure contains, at least, one form consisting of, at least, two parts. Additionally form allows cavity inside of which it is formed sanitaryware item. Additionally cavity is connected by the first pipe to the source of compressed air and by the second pipe to the ceramic slurry source.
EFFECT: speed enhancing of casting and efficiency.
