FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for making of ceramic tiles or panels, in particular to method for forming of such panels, and also to appropriate installation for realisation of this method. Method for forming of ceramic tiles, in which the following stages are carried out: a continuous layer of powders is applied onto conveyor belt, besides accessories are coupled with conveyor belt to hold powders on sides, powders are pressed to obtain an integral item for compacted powders by means of conveyor belt motion through block of pressing of continuous action, including the second belt, arranged with the possibility of action on top onto layer of powders, applied on conveyor belt, and accessory for pressing, which act at the second belt and coupled with hydraulic units, force is controlled, which is applied by accessories for pressing to powders in process of pressing, at the same time control of force is realised by means of hydraulic units. Installation is also described for forming of ceramic tiles.
EFFECT: improved mechanical characteristics of produced compacted item.
