FIELD: processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to appliances intended for controlling the auger extruder operating conditions. The proposed system includes auger extruder, extruder motor drive, extruder head, primary converter of elongated part crosswise size, primary pressure converter, closed-loop system of automatic control over the elongated part crosswise size. The system additionally incorporates the digital functional converter and a wide-range controlled head to add to control effect of the said head hydraulic drag. The system allows varying, timely and in extruding, the physical and electrical parameters of the material processed to ensure a required quality of elongated products produced. This is made possible thanks to setting of programmable variation of compliance between the quality properties affecting the extruder operation control.
EFFECT: higher quality of elongated parts due to stabilising physical and electrical parameters of processed material.
