FIELD: mechanical engineering+ADs- processing non-metallic materials+ADs- manufacture of mechanical rubber, plastic and other articles by extrusion method. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes mechanical drive, extruder with mold-worm and inlet and outlet holes. Detachable housing is mounted on housing of extruder in area of outlet hole. Mounted on one part of housing is changeable thrust plate which is engageable with outlet hole of extruder. Mounted in walls of detachable housing is pivot axle with drum-matrix secured on it. Drum-matrix consists of replaceable disks-flanges and ring interconnected by means of clamping screws. Thrust plate, disks-flanges, ring and inner rounded surface of second part of detachable housing form profiling channel. Main journals of drum-matrix axle mounted in detachable housing are made at eccentricity relative to axis of rotation of drum-matrix. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
