FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to boring equipment, particularly to boring stationary spinning wrenches for screwing and unscrewing drill pipes of oil assortment. Here is disclosed the stationary spinning wrench consisting of a case, of lower and upper pipe clamping devices installed therein, of a driven engine (hydro-motor), of a gear box, of a torque gage, of a breaking device, of a support column, and of a remote control panel. Also the gear box is made four-stage, where there is obtained an optimal combination of torque and number of revolutions for each of operations: screwing, tightening, releasing and unscrewing joints of pipes facilitating increased efficiency of the wrench operation. Notably, the gear box has two intermediate shafts and two movable friction clutches operated by means of hydro-cylinders. The torque gage includes the hydro-cylinder installed between the case of the gear box and the case of the wrench; the torque gage equalizes reactive force from the gear box at screwing and tightening joints with hydraulic pressure force in the internal cavity of the hydro-cylinder; the torque gage also includes a manometer measuring pressure in the hydro-cylinder and an automatic relief valve.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency, reliability and quality of executed operations and reduced power consumption of spinning wrench operation.
