SUBSTANCE: device for air passage, in particular, filtering fan or outlet filter, with or without fan for wall mounting hole installation of, in particular, bodies for units creating waste heat, for instance, distribution cabinets, cabinets for electronic equipment, computer systems, moreover, device for air passage comprises main body with or without fan holder; locking device arranged in the form of decorative cover with or without side walls molded on the side of air exhaust and peripheral ones inserted into main body and with air grating having plate elements held on opposite side walls of decorative cover; and filtering mat installed between main body and air grating, at that device for air passage is arranged so that air exiting device for air passage is exhausted in body in several directions. For this purpose on the side of air exhaust from device for air passage above air exhaust there is grating installed having ascending section and flat section, at that ascending section changes to flat section, and solid section is provided in flat section.
